The Public Interest Foundation Hyogo Prefectural Gardening and Park Association (hereinafter referred to as “the association”) considers that it’s a very important responsibility to properly protect customer’s personal information, and based on the following policy, we will protect it.

1 About acquiring personal information

The association clearly defines the purpose of administrative work handling personal information, in principle notifies or publicizes purpose of use in advance by means of lawful and fair means, and obtains personal information. In principle, we will obtain personal information from you.

2 About the use of personal information

The association will use personal information within the range of purpose of use indicated at the time of acquisition etc. and within the necessary limit for carrying out business.
In the case of entrusting the handling of personal information to a third party, we will conclude a contract to strictly observe the secret to the third party, clarify the location of the responsibility, and provide necessary and appropriate supervision for the safety management of personal information.

3 About providing personal information to a third party

In principle, the association will not provide personal information to third parties except as provided below.
○In case you agree with that.
○ In case Personal Information Protection Act and other cases as stipulated in laws and regulations
○ In accordance with the request of the principal, we will suspend the provision of third parties, and in case we have previously notified certain matters

4 About management of personal information

The association maintains the accuracy of personal information and manages it safely based on laws and regulations.
We will implement appropriate and effective information security measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

5 About disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deleting of personal information

The association will promptly respond to your personal information if we are requested to disclose, correct, suspension of use, or delete your personal information.

6 About revision

In order to better protect your information, and to respond to changes in laws and other norms, we may revise some of our “Privacy Policy”.
